Providers can now verify
benefits & eligibility, review status of claims, and view
deductibles & out-of- pocket maximums on-line. Use your
Taxpayer ID Number (no dashes or spaces) as your Log-In ID, and
your 5 digit remittance or billing zip code as your
Password.
For example: If the
provider office is located in Atlanta, GA, but claims payments
are sent to Dallas, TX the Dallas, TX office's zip code would be
used as the password.
